Project Description: For the Penta Media Group's influencer webshops, we provided comprehensive Virtual Assistant services. This included operating full customer support, processing orders, and handing them over to manufacturing. Additionally, we managed the tracking of order fulfillment and handled customer notifications. Before our involvement, the entire process was manual. We developed numerous automations and migrated the webshops from Wordpress to Shopify as part of the project.
